Positioning
You will lie comfortably on the CT table. The scan covers the chest from the lung apices to the bases. No injections or contrast dye are required for standard lung analysis.
The Scan
You will be asked to hold your breath briefly during image acquisition. The scan itself takes only a few seconds, with the full appointment typically lasting 5-10 minutes.
Analysis & Results
